APPLICATION
The GK type seal is intended mainly for process pumps operated in refineries, in the petrochemical, chemical, coke-chemical industry, and especially in pumping systems with a higher degree of explosion hazard and increased emission of volatile substances into the natural environment.
The GK4 type seal requires a continuous supply of filtered barrier gas (most often nitrogen) at a pressure of ~ 0.2 MPa, higher than the pressure of the medium to be sealed.
