APPLICATION
Mechanical seal GS is intended mainly for use in ventilators and blowers to seal clean environmentally friendly gases.
It is used as a hermetic seal in so-called dry tandem systems (2NC-CS system in accordance with EN ISO 21049, API 682), allowing gas to escape to atmosphere and taking over the role of the main seal in the event of an accident.
